Entrance Requirements

1. A cumulative GPA of 2.0 and a grade of "C" or better in prerequisites.
2. A completed entrance application at Olive Harvey College and Advocate Trinity Hospital.
3. All college and high school transcripts sent to Olive Harvey College and Advocate Trinity Hospital.
4. Two letters of recommendation sent to the Program Director.
5. A complete physical examination.
6. $25.00 application fee payable to Advocate Trinity Hospital.
7. Complete interview with program faculty.
